Perfect World x SECORE International: Clothing That Supports Coral Reefs
Published at: October 24th, 2025 by Mary DeasyPerfect World and SECORE organized a River Clean-Up in Munich, Germany, as part of the collaborative collection “Endangered Oceans”. Dozens of people showed up, using their day to make a positive impact, to learn about coral reefs and their call for help.
Buying Coral Reefs Time
Our oceans are the lifeblood of our planet. Within them coral reefs have garnered the title of rainforests or the lungs of our oceans—essential for biodiversity and environmental stability. Yet, they are disappearing at an alarming rate and need our help. At SECORE, we are working with our implementation partners across the globe to breed genetically diverse corals that have been scientifically proven to be more resilient to rising ocean temperatures. Luckily, we also have partners supporting us in our Coral Restoration efforts through donations, and more!
Coming Together for Coral Restoration

“We are thrilled to partner with SECORE International, supporting them in the urgent fight to restore our coral reefs–the essence of a healthy planet. Perfect World is determined to make a change, one shirt at a time.
100% of the proceeds from our Collection go directly towards our Coral Restoration Efforts.
Taking Action
Together with our Munich-based Digital Engagement Specialist, Lena Starcevic, SECORE and Perfect World organized a river clean-up during the summer months. Centered on Munich’s Isar, the event focused on bringing together the local community to instigate change, inform and spark motivation in fighting for our reefs.
Dozens of people showed up. Some came as Munich locals looking to give back to their community, city and the environment, others looking to spend their Sunday outside, with purpose. But everyone we talked with agreed, we need to take care of our planet and learn more about how we can get involved and realize the impact that coral reefs have on us worldwide.
